We are a mother-daughter team who is passionate about advocating for OCD awareness and helping others find help and resources for OCD. Having experienced the trials of OCD firsthand as the sufferer (Nicole) and the parent of a sufferer (Peggy), we are very familiar with its distinct challenges. OCD can be an incredibly painful and debilitating disorder, but it doesn’t have to stay that way! Although the tendency to be obsessive may always remain with the sufferer, the crippling habits and thought patterns of OCD can be broken, and the person with OCD can experience an amazing amount of victory and freedom. Our goal is to share our experiences and the things we’ve learned, and to point the way to useful resources. Whether you suffer from OCD, know someone who does, or are just curious about finding more information about OCD, we hope you find this site helpful and encouraging!
